Connect your billing inbox
One Google sign-in, read-only. Add as many mailboxes as you need: billing@, accounts@, or whichever inbox your vendors actually write to.
BETA Private beta, waitlist open
Every subscription your company pays for, pulled from the receipts you already have.
Waitlist members get in first. No card, free for the beta.
Sample output. Annual and quarterly plans are normalised to a monthly figure, and other currencies converted to yours.
The invoice, not just the amount
A card statement tells you $180 went to Figma. It does not give you anything your accountant can file. Verloq keeps the document the vendor sent, alongside the amount, tax and date it pulled out of it.
When a vendor attaches a PDF invoice, Verloq files it against the subscription.
When they send an HTML receipt instead, it still captures the amount, tax and date.
Everything sits under the subscription it belongs to, not in a mailbox search.
How it works
No CSV imports, no card feed, no IT project.
01
One Google sign-in, read-only. Add as many mailboxes as you need: billing@, accounts@, or whichever inbox your vendors actually write to.
02
It scans message headers to find vendor receipts, opens only those, and pulls out the vendor, amount, tax, cadence and renewal date.
03
Nothing lands in your ledger unseen. Verloq proposes what it found, and you decide what to keep.
Questions
Whichever one your vendors already write to, usually billing@ or accounts@. You can add more than one, so if receipts are split between a shared inbox and a founder’s inbox, connect both. Verloq reconciles across all of them into a single list.
No. Verloq works entirely from the receipts vendors email you. It has no connection to your bank, your cards, or your accounting system, and it cannot make or see a payment.
No. The permission it requests is read-only. It cannot send, delete, label, archive or alter a message. You can revoke it at any time from your Google account settings, independently of us.
Disconnecting a mailbox deletes Verloq’s stored tokens and stops it reading that mailbox. The authorisation itself lives in your Google account and you can revoke it there at any time without involving us. To close your account entirely, email us. During the beta we do that by hand and confirm when everything is gone.
Outlook and Microsoft 365 support is coming soon. The adapter is built but not switched on, so today Verloq reads Gmail and Google Workspace only. Tell us when you join the waitlist and it moves up the list.
One mailbox, one scan. No spreadsheet, no card feed, no sales call.
We will only email you about your invite. Nothing else.
